Team member benefits

For the health, wellness and supplemental plans, you are eligible if you are a regular full-time teammate scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week or a regular part-time teammate scheduled to work 20 – 29 hours per week. In general, coverage is effective the first of the month following or coincident with one month of employment.
