Torrance, CA, October 18, 2011
–– HealthCare Partners, a leading operator of medical groups and affiliated physician networks nationally, announced today that it acquired Outcome Based Delivery System (OBDS) earlier this month.  OBDS owns and operates integrated healthcare delivery systems, including Coral Gate Medical Group in South Florida and Orlando, Florida, and Canyon Gate Medical Group in Southern Nevada.  OBDS medical groups provide quality healthcare services to over 58,000 patients through more than 190 employed and contracted physicians.

Lorie Glisson, president and CEO of JSA Healthcare Corporation (a division of HealthCare Partners), and Dr. Sherif Abdou, president and CEO of HealthCare Partners of Nevada, concur that “we value the way that Coral Gate, Canyon Gate, and other OBDS-affiliated physicians share the HealthCare Partners/JSA commitment to delivering quality care and patient satisfaction.”

“We are pleased that our physicians are joining Healthcare Partners,” said Dr. Eric Moskow, CEO of OBDS, and Bryan Dieter, President of OBDS.  “It will afford them the opportunity to participate in an innovative organization with more clinical and technological resources to provide the highest quality of care to their patients.”
